Patrick Callahan is co-founder of Xception Family Office, serving as team leader and wealth management advisor at the firm. Patrick leads the team and clients in developing tailored client strategy designs unique to each client and maintains his focus on transitioning entrepreneurs and ultra-high net worth individuals. Leveraging his background as a business and estate attorney, international tax consultant, and financial consultant, Patrick works exclusively with successful business owners to help organize and integrate various aspects of their business and personal strategic planning.
Patrick earned his B.A. in International Economics and Finance from the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. He began his career with Arthur Andersen and Deloitte Tax providing international tax consulting to Fortune 500 multinationals. He earned his law degree from the Georgia State University College of Law and practiced in the areas of corporate law, business planning, tax, and trusts & estate planning. Patrick has his insurance license and has his FINRA Series 6, 63, 7, and 65.
He presently resides in Peachtree Corners, Georgia with his wife, Elisabeth, and their three daughters.

Cort Haber, CFP
As co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of Xception Family Office, Cort is responsible for developing the firm’s investment philosophy, overseeing asset allocation, manager due diligence, and is responsible for driving overall operational efficiency.
Prior to Xception, Cort founded Haber Investment Counsel, a multi-family office advising a select group of wealthy families on all aspects of their balance sheet including portfolio construction, tax and estate planning, philanthropic planning, and credit structuring. Haber Investment Counsel was subsequently acquired by New Republic Partners in 2022 where Cort was Managing Director and a member of both the firm’s executive committee and investment committee.
Earlier in his career, Cort served as an outsourced chief investment officer for Hirtle Callaghan & Co. where he advised family groups, endowments and foundations on investment policy, portfolio construction and manager selection. He also previously served as Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Cort began his career at Arthur Andersen in the qualified plans and institutional investment advisory practice.
An Atlanta native, Cort is involved in several civic organizations. He is past chair of the investment committee for the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta Endowment. He also served on the board of trustees and the investment committee for The Jewish Home Life Communities Foundation. He is a board member emeritus of the board of visitors for the University of Georgia. Cort is a graduate of the Philanthropic Leadership institute, a leadership development program for a select group of Atlanta area professional advisors sponsored by the Community Foundation of Greater Atlanta, the United Way and the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta.
Cort holds a B.A. in business administration from the University of Georgia. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
Will Holdren

Since 2017 Will has had the privilege of hosting The WillPower Podcast, where he has interviewed highly successful entrepreneurs from around the world. With over 150 episodes as of 2024, he dives into their journeys, uncovering the secrets behind their achievements. Currently, Will resides in Sandy Springs, GA. Beyond work, he enjoys playing basketball, golf, and exploring new destinations. He is also a published author, and his book, “Becoming the Best,” dives into personal growth and leadership.
Azil Malan

Azil takes pride in her ability to multitask, complete complex projects, and foster strong client relationships. Her background in operations management and financial services contributes to her deep understanding of wealth preservation and transfer planning.
Beyond her professional work, Azil is dedicated to community service. She is the treasurer of Our Mother’s Home of Southwest Florida, a foster home for teen mothers and their babies and is an active member of the City of Fort Myers Historic Preservation Commission. She has previously served on the boards of Blankets and Blessings, a nonprofit supporting the local homeless community, and Canstruction Atlanta, a charity focused on hunger relief.
Azil earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Dominguez Hills. Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, she moved to the United States as a teenager, though much of her family remains in South Africa, where her lineage dates back to the 1600s. She and her husband, Jeff, reside in Fort Myers, Florida. Together they have three grown children. An avid traveler, she strives to visit at least two new countries each year, embracing new cultures and experiences.
